01 — What private means

The whole boat is yours for the booking window — crew, itinerary and pace set around your group.

No shared seats, no strangers, no fixed schedule. You decide departure time, music, food, swim stops and how long to linger.

We are an independent broker. We don’t own the boats — we match your group, dates and budget to vetted vessels, then handle booking, deposit and crew briefing.

02 — Who books it

Why groups hire the whole boat

A join-in day trip sells seats to strangers. A private charter runs on your plans alone.

  • Family days to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan or the reefs off Sanur
  • Proposals and quiet sunset cruises off Uluwatu or Seminyak
  • Corporate groups, product launches and team offsites
  • Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, small weddings
  • Photo and film shoots that need a private deck
Special-occasion charters

03 — The crew

A licensed skipper and crew on every boat

You never handle the vessel. Standard crew depends on yacht size.

Day-cruiser / speedboat Typical guests 6–12 Standard crew Skipper + 1 deckhand
Sailing catamaran Typical guests 10–25 Standard crew Skipper + 2–3 (deck, galley)
Motor yacht / gulet Typical guests 8–20 Standard crew Skipper + 2–4
Luxury phinisi (multi-day) Typical guests 8–16, cabin-dependent Standard crew Skipper + 4–8

Life jackets and safety equipment are required on every boat we book — no valid safety documents, no booking. Snorkel gear, paddleboards and sound systems vary by boat, so we confirm before you pay.

04 — Add-ons

06 — Questions

Booking a private charter, plainly

Terms vary by boat. We put every one in writing before you pay.

Read the full FAQ
Is a skipper included?

Yes. Every private charter we arrange comes with a licensed skipper and crew, who handle navigation, safety briefings, anchoring at swim and snorkel stops, and basic service.

What moves the price most?

Yacht size and class above all, then season and day of week, route and distance, and add-ons such as catering, watersports and photography billed on top.

How does booking through a broker work?

Message your date, group size and departure area. We propose one to three vetted vessels with a written quote and real menus, you pick one, and we brief the crew before departure.

How does the deposit work?

A deposit secures the date — typically around 30–50% of the charter total on the boats we work with, with the balance due before or on departure day. Exact terms come from the owner, in writing.

What if the weather turns?

Cancellation and weather policies vary by vessel, and open crossings can be affected by sea conditions, especially in the wet season. We share each policy up front and never promise a weather window.
